“Really simple process, fast turnaround, great value for money. I left it a little late to tackle the project and chose Digital Printing at random tbh, but I'm glad I did because it all went smoothly. The items I received were high quality and nicely printed. They advised me of a file that may not print well, so I changed it and resent the file. They let me know straight away about the issue and that meant I could resolve it quickly so the order was processed on time. Nice chat function for communicating and shared updated files. I was surprised at the price given how quickly it was turned around, seems very reasonable. I will definitely buy again in future.”

“Luke Thompson from Customer Service was very helpful emailing answers to my queries about PDF format and colour space. Neil Kirkpatrick of the Prepress Team was very quick to alert me to the fact that the uploaded file had gone missing (still not sure how - I definitely uploaded it with the order) and when I sent a fresh copy to Neil by email he managed to get the job back on track with no change to the expected delivery date. Phew! Overall I was very impressed by the DigitalPrinting service and team and will definitely use them again.”

“So far so good. I left my former printers for DigitalPrinting when my former printers started taking my custom for granted. They didn't realise that printing for an event was time sensitive. DigitalPrinting has great commonsense and has spotted my less than perfect files. They understand that quality and punctuality is important, because printing is often associated with an important occasion. I am very happy to have found them. I now happily rely on them for all of my prints.”

“I needed a portfolio printed very last minute and I was recommended Digital Printing. On other websites I found that putting artwork into frames was tedious and agonising, yet it was made so simple here. I also had colour issues with other sites like Snapfish and Photo box but artwork came out as supposed to here. I was contacted very quickly about errors that might occur with bleed and binding, but the guys took care of me ASAP. They had the portfolio made and sent within the day, arriving days before my exhibition. I can't even describe how impressed I am with the customer service provided. Working in retail, I find it quite rare to find this level of care and corteousy so I want to say a massive thank you for resolving a very stressful situation. I will definitely be using Digital Printing moving forward. Phenomenal service. 👌🏻👏🏻”

“I shopped around and found DigitalPrinting to be the best value for what I needed. I created my own artwork that they resized for me as I wanted larger A4 booklets. They did a fabulous job and the finished product was perfect. It was delivered quickly too. Would highly recommend”
