“There was a mix-up with my order which should have attracted additional charge. However, this was promptly resolved and the additional charge was waived.”

“There was an issue with my initial print (the quality of the print was absolutely great but there was an error on the order of the pages). The customer team was fantastic in resolving the issue very promptly and arranged a rectified copy ASAP. I was very pleased on how easy was to contact them and to get my problem resolved quickly and easily. I'm very happy with the service provided and the quality of my printed book. I'll certainly be using them again!”

“I've had great experiences in the past with DigitalPrinting, so decided to use them again for this order - and again they didn't disappoint. The team were so quick to pick up the job, contacting me with any issues with my design hours after placing the order. Their communication is clear and friendly.
