“Pleased with the printing of my greeting cards and the speedy delivery. However trying to get advice on sending the initial pdf was impossible to get and nearly made me try another printer”

“Don’t trust next day delivery. I paid extra and got that delivery refunded but that’s not the point”

Hi Robin Thanks for your review. I am sorry there was a delay with your delivery. I can see that we did produce your order and despatched on time, however the courier did delay your order. We do only ever state delivery dates are estimated as we do not have control over the couriers and the factors that affect delivery. Courier companies do not guarantee deliveries, so neither can we, although with over 1000 jobs a day 97% have no issue.
