“Didn't arrive on the estimated delivery date”

Hi John Thanks for your review. I am sorry that your order did not arrive on time. We always do our best and despatch orders on time but we have no control over the operations of the courier. On this occasion Parcel force were on strike so we used an alternative courier. Unfortunately so did a lot of other people as a result so they were dealing with a large demand than normal. We did advise on the site at the time of possible delayed due to this. “I'm absolutely over the moon with my illustrations on greetings cards. I ordered my designs on the Gesso paper and they look so amazing. I love them and so pleased with such a good service. Each card was folded reading making my job a lot easier too. Thank you 😊”

“A wide range of products - selected from an easily navigable website - with a high-quality output, we'll be ordering from you again very soon. The only minor criticism is that there doesn't seem to be a proof stage but other than this, all's good”

Hi Jac Thanks for your review. We do wish our site to be as efficient as possible to allow customers to order and receive quality prints. We do not offer proof as standard as with over 1000 orders a day, the turnaround would significantly reduce if we did. It is why we ask artwork to be provided print ready.
