“Digital Printing insisit on using ParcelForce to deliver. ParcelForce can NEVER be relied upon to deliver on time! Whilst the package had arrived in my local sorting office in time to deliver on the suggested date, I received a notificatoin that they were unable to deliver on that day. This happens EACH TIME! Please give the choice of another delivery provider! Also, I recently used some labels that were 2 years old and founs the glue wouldn't stick them on to the box, so I had to throw them away!”

Hi Anita, Sorry to hear your order was delayed. We do state that delivery times are only an estimate as issues with delivery providers can happen which is out of our control. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about the labels as you have stated they were two years old. Thanks Ella Marketing Assistant

“This company has had brilliant communication. I made an error on my order and they picked up on it, spoke to me about it and confirmed they were able to do what I needed.
