“For a great price, I was able to receive my product within two days which was incredibly swift and allowed me to meet my deadline. This was for an exam project, and I was incredibly impressed, as were my teachers, with the standard of which the booklets were printed. The quality was impeccable and I was also sent a second copy, for which reason I will never know, but it was highly appreciated as I now have a personal copy. Thank you, I would definitely purchase from here again.”

“The printing was good, but the customer service was about the worst I have ever encountered. I followed very precise instructions from the company, but my instructions were ignored. I then tried to communicate with them, but my various emails were ignored. They did eventually make contact and apologise, but this was a long time after the event, and after damage had been done, with no proofs (which had been promised) and printing and delivery on incorrect dates. The overall impression is very much one of the company having little interest in customer relations, as long as work/money are flowing in.”

I understand from the communications we have had since that the email you sent regarding this was sent to our prepress inbox, which is unmonitored so we in customer service were not aware of it for a few days, which also added to your frustration. Hello Timothy, Thank you for your review. We can only apologise that a proof was not provided after being requested. This is not a standard part of our service but the request was added to try and help you out. Unfortunately our production team did not pick up on this. When delivered, as no one was at the address provided the package was left with a neighbour. After speaking with you I am pleased that you now have the order and everything is fine. “Be aware that they are unwilling to give discount that is promised to you. I created another account for a business that i work for however have an account already for a small art business I have. They refused to give the 15% off discount as they said i already had an account. However it was for a completely different business, I will never use this printing company again. Their customer service was terrible, and were very quick to accuse me of try to get extra discount which was not the case. I don't normally leave reviews but i think this is something people need to be aware of.”

Unfortunately, the discount is for first orders placed only, and as you had placed orders previously with a different account, we could not apply the discount again. I am sorry for any confusion, as we did not accuse you directly of deliberately trying to get a second discount,, but explained we have checks in place to prevent this and we could see you did have a previous account with orders placed, so therefore you could not have a first order discount again. “Sent a print and wasn’t sure if they did the paper type I needed, sent a ransom and got a reply within the same hour & they even helped me find where the paper type I needed was. I got my parcel quickly even tho it was the Easter holidays. The print & paper is very good quality too.”

“DP has been printing flyers, for me for some time.. They are always on time with delivery. The quality of the fleyrs are very professional.
