“I found the instructions for image size etc quite confusing but after going on the chat line I sent in pdfs and they came back VERY promptly with immaculate Christmas cards - and at an excellent price. I would definitely use them again.”

“I was really impressed with my experience from start to finish. I received timely and very helpful email responses to my initial enquiries. After submitting my order I was supplied with converted pdf files of my powerpoint 'artwork' to confirm before going ahead with the print. I was very appreciative of this as I was a little worried in case something went wrong, particularly not knowing how automated the print procedure was, or how much human control there might be. Anyway, everything worked fine, and I received my order through the post on the date specified, well wrapped. A happy customer! Thank you”

“Fantastic experience. The proof was sent to us first before printing. Delivery came on time. Printing quality is superb. A couple of copies were extra for no charge! Loved the overall experience and will use their service again and again.”

“The website is very good and easily to manage, to find fastly the options you want to have. Also that you get fastly a correct price estimate is for the customer great when you have smaller budgets. I could realise that the staff, especially Emma went the extra mile for me as a new customer. My first parcel had been stolen and the delivery situation was not so professional concerning the shipping company. The postcards were for the poorest in the Pacific area and I got sadly. Then there was a second issue with another parcel delivery concerning the shipping company. The theft became more and more unclear when I researched in the house and with a neighbour. Then Emma ordered a free reprint of the stolen cards and half of them are already on the way to the Pacific. I ordered before I heard of the reprint in Manila the cards, maybe for one the poorest scenarios in the Philippines in Tondo. So I decided to stay as a customer when there so value-based people working in your company. It will be a joy for me to order something next year.”

“This is the best printing service I’ve ever dealt with in both the UK and the USA. Speedy service and when they saw a potential problem with my PDF, they held the order and contacted me immediately before going ahead with the print.
