“Wouldn’t use anyone else! Last year I ordered a set of bookmarks for the class I teach as a leaving present. I was worried that they wouldn’t print properly when I realised my invoice said “portrait” when my design was landscape but the team emailed me back quickly and reassured me that it would be printed the right way. They looked amazing and I was even sent extra copies which meant I could give them all 2 bookmarks each for home and school. After such a good experience last year, I ordered another set this year and they look just as good! Again, I was sent extra copies - unbeatable service :)”

“Went above and beyond to be helpful. I had no idea what I was doing with trying to print an order of service for my wedding and I kept coming back with repeated questions. Luke at digital printing was exceptionally patient with me, answering all of my questions very thoroughly and promptly, explaining everything until I understood and he helped to resolve all of my errors (which could have been dealt with by me reading the instructions properly, but he was kind enough not to mention that), then prioritised my order when I explained the time constraints. They could not have been more helpful, the end product was beautiful, and I highly recommend.”

“Good prices, fast turnaround time, pricing slightly deceptive (unit price doesn't include delivery, etc.). The big problem was that on one of my two orders, the registration for the yellow was out by about 1mm! As some of the text was in dark brown, it was very obvious. Not sure how that got through quality control ( assume they have QC). The packing box was torn open, but that's not their fault.”

“Prints were excellent but unfortunately damaged in transit. However Digital Printing came up trumps and replaced them double quick, outstanding and personal service, so unusual these days.”

“As ever, digital printing did a fabulous job. I, however, sent them the wrong pdf file (poorer quality) and before I'd realised it (over a weekend) they had already started printing. Needless to say, they made a 'silk purse out of a sow's ear'. One of our band members created the frame. Thanks to all at DP....you saved my bacon. 😊”

“While the initial screen process was simple but not foolproof against first time users I managed to get excellent help from a colleague on the phone! I wanted to review the artwork pre signing off but failed. The Service, speed of turnaround, quality of finished product and cost were all five star!”
