“Excellent quality of the products, but the packaging left much to be desired. My box arrived nearly open, which could have resulted in the loss of some of my bookmarks.”

“I am very pleased with the two PVC banners you made for me. The design process was very easy and your communication to check a resolution was helpful. They arrived in a timely manner (albeit to the wrong address!) and did the job required really well. They displayed well and were bold and clear. Thank you.”

“I received quick help through the chat in regards to making sure my document layout was correct. After checking the document for me, they realised an error and were quick to contact me and help with the error, ensuring that I still received it the Friday. The quality of the products were really good, and overall was a good experience and will be using them again and recommending to others!”

“Wonderful service and great quality print. I had my final Dissertation printed for my tutor presentation - the first copy wasn’t quite right but Luke in customer service had it fixed immediately and couriered same day! “This was my first time using DigitalPrinting, although it was a recommendation from a friend. The whole process was really simple and I just had to provide a PDF document for the artwork. They sent me a PDF copy of the final product, and I spotted a slight mistake (mine!). They were very happy to receive modified artwork and sent me another PDF for the amended final product. The finished product was delivered in two days and really exceeded my expectations, and was at a very competitive cost (yes, I did look at other options). I was particularly impressed by the print quality and the binding of the 20 pages. And I have received very positive compliments on the final product. Really well done. I would recommend you to anyone.”

“Great customer service. Ordered multiple prints for wedding and all was clarified over the phone and email. Despite one order getting lost by the postal courier digital printing quickly send a replacement. Great service and perfect quality prints. Would recommend”
