I have used this company for a few years and there is almost always something wrong with the order, missing items or things going completely wrong, just recently I ordered 6x100 greeting card designs and what delivered was 25 of only one design and nothing else in the order! Its like a company is being run with all the reliability of ChatGPT, you can't trust it at any point! make sure you inspect every inch of your order when it arrives. I've had enough and moving my business elsewhere, it's cheap prices but you can't rely on them at all and your order has to be sent out again so don't use them when you have a deadline. It makes my business look unreliable when I have to explain to customers that I need to delay their order because my suppliers messed up. They also seem to not pick up their phone anymore to get you to use the live chat on their website, i waited 20 minutes on hold before using it.

Hi Lee Thanks for your review. I am sorry you have had issues with orders - we do always wish to rectify issues raised by customers so they are happy with their orders. I appreicate there have been packing issues with your order on more than one occasion and these have been investigated and dealt with by management as we always wish customers to receive orders on time and be happy. We always rectify any issues on our side promptly to avoid delay. With producing over 1000 jobs a day we do have a very high success rate and I hope you give us a chance to show this to you. Delivery and responses were fast, but the product was a complete waste of money. If printing a novel, don't use their pre-set 'recommended' parameters or it will weigh like lead, and remember bespoke orders have no buyer protection. PUR binding is no more flexible than 'perfect' bound. When I complained I was told 'we have thousands of happy customers .....'

Hi Alex Thanks for your review. I am sorry the order has not arrived as expected. However as discussed in a lengthy chat yesterday you had placed an order with paper at 130gsm. This was based that most customers choose for this product. Other options are available. You were comparing this to a print from a different company where you had ordered on 80gsm so therefore would be a lot lighter. We do have customer satisfaction on the quality of print - this is for any mistakes made in printing - not if we provide what was ordered and you then don't like it. The order was provided to you as ordered correctly with the recommended specifications you chose, which is what most customers order and are happy with. The tags I ordered were extremely poor. It was a very simple request my logo on one side and the the reverse To: and From: how on earth have you managed to print the the To & From upside down is beneath me. And then have the audacity to not see that before dispatching them to me is a joke. I reached immediately upon receipt of them to be told I’d receive a refund for the full order as they were completely useless to me and I’m still waiting this was the first week in December were now in Jan 🙄

Unfortunately unlike previous experiences this time was very different. The printed journals were dispatched on time but die to poor choice of courier by DP, the delivery was 4 days late. There was no compensation offered. Only that T&Cs state that they can deliver upto 30 days from the stated day. This is disappointing. We lost 2.5k plus our reputation. I will certainly recommend that if you have a deadline find someother printer.

Hi Indranil Thanks for your review. I am sorry you had an issue with the delivery. We do state that the delivery dates are estimated as the courier do not offer a guaranteed delivery as factors can affect transport. The delay did mean it was after the weekend which is why it was 4 days as Monday would be the next working day. As we do state estimated delivery we would not refund a full refund for a delivery made within acceptable estimated time. The delivery was then refused by your office and returned to us which then took longer as we then resdespatched to you once it was returned as you still wished the prints to use them. They have now been delivered. No couriers offer a guaranteed delivery. Many Thanks Luke Digital Printing

Very disappointed with this company missed my deadline day then delivered me somebody elses order completely messed up my restaurant menu relaunch then we i made a query / vompkaint they ignored my request uo ring me 4 times wont be using them again

Hi Greg Thanks for your review. I am sorry you had an issue with your order. We do always wish to rectify any issues caused with orders and can see we had already arranged a reprint at the earliest possible delivery date and replied to your email to inform this. The emails with a request to ring you all came within 15 minutes of each other. We do reply to emails in the order provided and had not yet reached your emails so we did not ignore you but did reply less than 40 minutes later confirming the reprint that had been already organised. Where do I even begin... Over 6 weeks since placing my order on behalf of a valued client and my client still only has half the order. Digital Printing have blamed the problems on Parcelforce, who kept saying they tried to deliver the parcel when they clearly didn't. Eventually Parcelforce tossed the parcels over my client's fence into his garden, where the job was ruined after being left out all night in the rain. Digital Printing kindly offered to reprint the job (or at least half of it) as half is still missing, with no explanation as to where it might be, other than Parcelforce haven't replied to their enquiries. I am now left in limbo as Digital Printing have told me that they are washing their hands with the whole sorry affair and have issued a full refund that would take 7-10 working days to appear. You guessed it, that seems to have gone astray as well! Digital Printing are refusing to reprint the job as they have issued a refund but I don't have said refund. Absolute shambles. I have been happily using Digital Printing for about 10 years and on the occasions where there has been an issue in the past it was dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Not any more, I am just getting empty promises, meaningless apologies and a client who is dumbfounded by the lack of willingness on Digital Printing's behalf to fulfil their side of the bargain. Sickening.

Hi Ross Thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear you have had issues with the courier in the delivery of your order. I understand the frustration in the situation as we have printed the order and expect the courier to deliver on time and we will be investigating with them, however we can only go by the information provided and as we are provided limited responces we can only pass on limited information to you. I can see did reprint half your order and refunded the other half due to the second delay by the courier. I wish we could do more however as it was delivered late and damaged and then the reprint was delayed and lost we were unable to do anything as the delivery is in the hands of the courier. I am sorry this one order with delivery issues has affected your thought on us after so many years of providing your prints. We do value all our customers and do all we can to resolve issues and the fact this is the first issue in 10 years hope shows that we do. I am sorry there were circumstances beyond our control in the delivery of your order and reprint. Management will be giving you a call regarding this issue this afternoon. Hi Azim Thanks for your email. I am sorry your order was affected along with a number of other orders due to unforeseen technical issue needing repairs. We did prioritise and despatch the next day. We do state that delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed as factors can affect both production and delivery with the courier. We did ask to contact us in reply with any issues and I can see we did upgrade your delivery for free and amended the delivery address so you still had the prints in time for your event. Envelopes arrived with black ink marks, dirty marks on invites, thumb marks on invitations and gold foil not fully transferred onto text in invites. So disappointing I won’t use again

I ordered from DigitalPrinting.co.uk because they advertised Next Day Delivery. My order didn’t arrive on time, and when I chased it up, I was told they don’t actually guarantee NDD — a detail buried in small print that isn’t made clear anywhere during the order process or checkout. The follow-up service has been just as disappointing. The response was essentially “tough luck” — a refund on the express delivery cost, but no recognition that the products themselves are now unusable because they were needed for an event. It feels like they simply don’t care. If you’re ordering for anything time-sensitive, think twice. The delivery promise is misleading, and when things go wrong, you’re left with wasted money and no support.

Hi Daisy Thanks for your review. I am sorry that there was a delay to your delivery. As the courier does not offer a guaranteed delivery we do state on all communications including the invoice, that delivery dates are estimated only. I can see the order was delivered the next working day and the courier does accept one working day delay as acceptable with estimated deliveries. However as discussed with you we not only refunded the delivery costs of the order due to the delay, we also refunded the express production costs even though we did despatch the order on time. Be aware that they are unwilling to give discount that is promised to you. I created another account for a business that i work for however have an account already for a small art business I have. They refused to give the 15% off discount as they said i already had an account. However it was for a completely different business, I will never use this printing company again. Their customer service was terrible, and were very quick to accuse me of try to get extra discount which was not the case. I don't normally leave reviews but i think this is something people need to be aware of.

Unfortunately, the discount is for first orders placed only, and as you had placed orders previously with a different account, we could not apply the discount again. I am sorry for any confusion, as we did not accuse you directly of deliberately trying to get a second discount,, but explained we have checks in place to prevent this and we could see you did have a previous account with orders placed, so therefore you could not have a first order discount again. We ordered new labels for our food stall and when they arrived, it was a completely different set. We could not use our branding on the first day of business and that set us back! The company still hasn’t bothered to contact us about this. Surely, they knew there was a mistake if someone else got sent our stickers.

Placed an order on a Thursday, paying £40+ extra for Parcelforce Saturday Tracked Delivery Before Noon. The parcel never arrived, the tracking has not updated (it's now the following Monday) and Digital Printing just keep saying "well we did send it out on time". DP have happily taken our money, yet they don't really seem that bothered that the order has not been fulfilled as sold. DP advertise they are based in Milton Keynes, so when told by a customer service agent the order is delayed due to recent weather warnings, I was surprised as these warnings have not been in place in either MK or the delivery location. However, it turns out the order was printed in Belfast! While weather events cannot be helped, it would be nice for DP to take more responsibility for the whole order, delivery included, rather than just palming us off as though it's nothing to do with them. As a customer of DP, I would expect as much. I am still none the wiser as to where this order actually is, left to pick up the pieces with our client who was expecting the delivery for an event this week.

Hi Luke Thanks for your review. It was myself who spoke with you this morning. On the Friday your order was despatched there was the biggest storm for decades with red warnings for most of the country and the courier was not operating. We operate nationally and not locally and having admin offices in Milton Keynes and not our printing warehouse. Even if they were the courier would still bring all orders to the central hub to be processed before despatching out again. The whole national process was affected on Friday so deliveries were being processed by them today, the next working day. As discussed with you I then spoke to courier who informed that if not delivered today it will be on a pre 9 service tomorrow, and I then forwarded this information to you. The severe weather was beyond anyone's control and the courier is working to rectify deliveries throughout the country as quickly as possible. The delivery costs is being refunded to you as a result. The option for a the quicker deliver was listed when you placed the order but was not selected. As discussed we can not refund an order that was processed as placed. Very disappointing with the quality. The file I sent wasn’t in the correct format and they printed it anyway. What sort of expert in printing doesn’t let know their customers that it will look awful ? When asked for a voucher as a refund, it was declined. They offered to reprint it and asked for a weird format. When asked for help they couldn’t care less ! I had to place another order and 3 of the prints were not straights so I am down 3 postcards. So disappointing and will never use again !

Hi Pauline Thanks for your review. I am sorry that the order did not arrive as expected. I can see we did have communication with you and offered a reprint but we would need to have artwork in the CMYK colour schemes to produce the correct print expected. RGB colours are designed for lit screens and monitors so will be duller on a printed page. Design software will be able to do this but unfortunately we do not have a design team so be able to offer support for design software. We initially requested Saturday delivery; however, the confirmation indicated standard delivery, which is too late. We contacted customer support to cancel the order but have not received a response. This has resulted in a significant waste of both time and money.

As we explained and showed you, we have had no contact from your registered email address via our email or live chat services and our phone records show no incoming calls from your number. Regarding the order itself, we can see that the order was printed, dispatched and delivered on time, all of which we have been able to show you via your order spec, order confirmation and delivery tracking.
