“What I love about this company is that they have common sense…they get it. They get on with with job and then it is with me. No excuses, no complications. What do we all look for in the company’s that we deal with? Are they a safe pair of hands who will not add to the pressures of business life? Yes…they most certainly are a safe pair of hands”

“printing was excellent and after-service, but Parcel Force was a nightmare!!! Thankfully your Manager Ian went above and beyond to try and sort the delivery of my flyers. Thank you Ian!!”

“I ordered appointment cards to use as game cards in a game I am making. The image I designed for the back of the cards came out beautifully, exactly how I imagined them. The process was incredibly easy and the customisation options available were fantastic. I will 100% be back to digital printing for any printing I need done in the future because the product produced is fantastic and the value was unbeatable.”

“The website could be clearer about stating picking one option is for one design only, not multiple designs. I wanted a number of different designs printed in an A4 format. The system allowed me to upload all the designs, but it was later put on hold whilst they queried if I wanted one design printed multiple times. It's good this was checked with me first as it wasn't what I had intended. The team I spoke to were helpful and professional, no fuss when I requested cancellation and I received a refund in the time specified. I had requested another print job for business cards around the same time, these were of good quality and I'm very happy with them.”

“The quality of the product was great - the communication with Digital Printing was not as good as it could have been. I also found it frustrating that I couldn’t just pick up the phone t speak to someone direct. Overall though, I would most definitely use this company again.”
