“Website is clear on pricing and it is easy to upload your designs. The only slight improvement would be to see a prof before clicking to buy. It is possible to contact them and ask for this and I have done this for two orders. They were very helpful and made some slight adjustments to one design for me which, without a proof, would have meant too much empty background. Ver helpful staff, thank you.”

We do not provide a PDF proof as standard as we don't have a design team to do this on all orders as it would significantly impact the production time on orders. “This website must be a scam. My item never arrived after they took my money, and I did not receive any tracking information. Please avoid.”

The tracking from the courier (that was emailed to your email address on the account) shows it was delivered to the post office delivery address you entered when placing the order. The delivery was on time. We are always happy to be contacted with any issues or query and provide any update or information requested. “I have always been impressed with your service, that's why I keep coming back. My last order just before Xmas, was placed for two copies of a 200 page book. I needed three copies as gifts, but thought that at almost £40 per copy, it was a bit steep. I facetiously asked if a 3rd copy can be printed foc, as it is the season of giving bit was told that it won't be possible. To my pleasant surprise, I received 5 copies when the delivery came through. It put a smile on my face. Thank you very much. I will be returning with my next order soon. Robert Jacobs.”

I am sorry you found the print dark but I can see that alot of your artwork is not CMYK colours which we recommend as RGB is designed for lit screens so will appear darker on a printed page. “From start to finish Digital Printing were amazing! It was my first time using any online printing service and I felt not only supported but also that I'd received personal service. Then Ian went the extra mile and because of the Christmas Royal Mail delay actually did another print run and despatched it to arrive within hours so that we could receive our order in time for our event. I will certainly use them again and can thoroughly recommend this company.”
