“Great quality printing and quick turn around, although took a day longer than expected to arrive. Easy to use but might benefit from in website tools to add print marks and bleed + a preview function of what that would leave the final product looking like to ensure confidence in correct document upload”

Hi Sam Thanks for your review. I am sorry, we are a direct to print service and do ask for artwork to be provide print ready as we do not have a design and orders do go straight to print. Your design software should be able to add 3mm bleed and crop marks for you. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting

“I have used Digitial Printing for 3 years running having been plesed with previous prints. Other printers tend to print our hard won astrophotogrphy images darker than they really are, but Digital Printing do a good colour. However they slipped up this year by printing our Calenderas double sided when we asked for single sided. They have however been quick to put it right by offering a reprint or future discount. So I still recommend them.”

“Ordering was very easy and my initial questions were answered quickly and efficiently. When the order arrived the leaflets hadn't been cut correctly but I received perfect replacements within a couple of days. Accidents can happen to any company, but I judge companies on how they resolve any issues, and I'm more than satisfied with Digital printing on that front and also on the quality of the final product.”

“We have used Digital Printing for all our wedding stationary, from save the dates right through to our table plans signs/menus and wedding newspapers ect. The quality of the printing, customer service and the speed of order throught o delivery is amazing! So happy with the service and definately would recommend for wedding bits and bobs!”

“I ordered from DigitalPrinting.co.uk because they advertised Next Day Delivery. My order didn’t arrive on time, and when I chased it up, I was told they don’t actually guarantee NDD — a detail buried in small print that isn’t made clear anywhere during the order process or checkout. The follow-up service has been just as disappointing. The response was essentially “tough luck” — a refund on the express delivery cost, but no recognition that the products themselves are now unusable because they were needed for an event. It feels like they simply don’t care. If you’re ordering for anything time-sensitive, think twice. The delivery promise is misleading, and when things go wrong, you’re left with wasted money and no support.”

Hi Daisy Thanks for your review. I am sorry that there was a delay to your delivery. As the courier does not offer a guaranteed delivery we do state on all communications including the invoice, that delivery dates are estimated only. I can see the order was delivered the next working day and the courier does accept one working day delay as acceptable with estimated deliveries. However as discussed with you we not only refunded the delivery costs of the order due to the delay, we also refunded the express production costs even though we did despatch the order on time.
