If you had any issues with the lead times please always feel free to give us a call and we will happily try and chase/ speed things up for you. Please note that ALL despatch dates, delivery dates and times stated on this page and at checkout are estimated and not guaranteed. Over 99.8% of orders are despatched on time and our couriers have an on-time delivery success rate of over 97.8%, so it is very unlikely that there will be any delay.....however, they do happen and we will do whatever we reasonably can to compensate you. “First time I used this and first time on line order of printing - absolutely first class service no negatives at all - they were so helpful - I had uploaded it wrong and they sorted for me - will not be struggling on a small printer at home in the future - will definitely be using Digital Printing”
