“The product was a good quality and the printing was clear. The only difficulty is to spot when a logo was stretched too large - I'm not sure if there is a solution for online printers!”

I have checked the pdf which you uploaded with your order and the dimensions provided are as per our online templates. Although we do not offer artwork checks or pdf proofs as standard we are happy to provide one. These can be requested if during your order you send us your artwork via the email/WeTransfer option. In your email/WeTransfer you can add to the pre-populated information and request a pdf proof for approval. This will give you another chance to check the file prior to print and provide an amended file if necessary. Please note, requesting a proof may affect your estimated delivery date. “My emailed questions were answered very promptly and I was guided through the new-to-me process of ordering efficiently and courteously. The order arrived when they said it would and the quality of the posters (in my case) were very good indeed. Highly recommended! David Allan”

“Very impressed with the overall quality and delivery of the prints! My only piece of feedback would be to have a tutorial video to demonstrate how to set up files properly as I ended up having to redo my print set again because of not realising the document had extra layers as I did this in InDesign. I think some simple videos demonstrating how to set up a file for each different template would be good and a possible troubleshooting section would do wonders! Overall, I am extremely happy with my order and will definitely return in the future!”

“We found DigitalPrinting in a random search on google as my Grandad's funeral was approaching and we hadn't been able to print the order of service. The communication was excellent through online customer service chat and the timing of our delivery was amazing. I shouldn't have been worried at all. The format was really good and we will definitely be using the website again.”
