“I struggled with the website to the point I gave up; the document kept dropping out my basket and it took a while to set up each time. But then an email came through with it in as a reminder, so I went for it. The customer service was incredible and friendly; they adjusted my document so it would print better and were really friendly. My document was utterly gorgeous, lovely weight, perfect detail, exceeded expectations in every way.”

“I have uploaded my pdf document with high resolution images however when looking at the printed brochure, images were smudged and not clear at all. The pages were bleeding out around the corners.”

Unfortunately, this is an issue with your artwork and not smudging. I have asked a member of the team get in touch with you to help get this sorted for you as I want you to be happy with the product. “Used for wedding invites. Got editable PDF files/designs from an Etsy seller and then used digital printing. Have used multiple times for save the dates, invites, table plans etc. Always on time, good quality and reasonably priced. Will use again and again. Online help is always very helpful too”
