“Order Number: DP-461669 we ordered these christmas cards on November 10th. The first batch arrived a few days later, the quality is very good but they flipped the 2 inside pages of the card upside down. We immediately contacted customer service and was offered to get them reprinted and sent over at no charge. This is all well and good until the new batch turns up, the inside were fixed but the front was off centre considerably compared to the previous batch! We know this isn't our lay out's fault as the first batch (where the inside were flipped) was fine on the outside. By this point it was too late as we need to get stock up on our site and can't wait another week for reprint & shipping (with no guarantee it would not be messed up again).”

“I ordered A5 cards and I must say they arrived earlier than expected and were of very high quality. The image was sharp, the card quality was just as good as a shop bought card and the finish, very professional. I thought they were a really good buy and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.”

“I am please , this the first time I have done it. The one thing this picture was abit too dark and I can see the black round the corner of the card. Part from that is fine. Next time I will download better.”

Hi Gay, Thanks for the 5 star review. I have had a look into this and can see our prepress department did flag this with you to make sure. As you had uploaded photos of cards I can also see they sent you a proof. As you approved this for print we have printed it this way. I recommend scanning these in future orders, then you wont get the background from what the artwork was sitting on.
