Hi Akshita Thank you for your order and review. We are a direct to print service so ask for all supplied artwork to be fully set up, print ready and proof read before submitting to us for an order. On that basis no proofing or preview is required. We also supply a full guide and checklist on what is required for the artwork to be considered print ready. If you really must see a pdf proof before printing, we do offer this but the order must be placed first of all so that there is an active order to process it under. If you decide the proof is not ok and you do not want to go ahead then the order can be cancelled no problem. Hope this helps to explain our service. “Great customer service - was confused over our download/print options but after speaking with a team member on 'Live Chat' who broke down what I needed to do into an 'idiots guide' I got everything uploaded. They even sent me a proof before printing when requested, even though that is not the norm for them. Delivery was very fast and the product, when received was just what we had asked for. “Really happy with the service. Was quick and the product was high quality. A bit annoyed that I ordered mid-Dec and the discount code that was in the box ended in 10 days. (Its a better discount than the one online). So it would have been nice to have been given a 2021 discount. But other than that I have no issues or faults with these guys. Would happily use them again!”

“Service was fine but I was really wanting the best form of 'Perfect Printing' which would enable the book to be opened more-or-less flat. Unfortunately, digvitalprinting's book was no better than a much cheaper printers' who offered the cheaper Perfect Printing”

Unfortunately, the type of booklet you are wanting is lay-flat binding and this is not something that we offer. I can see you chose our perfect bound booklets that are completely different. I am disappointed that we have been given 3 stars, as I can see that our team even spent time helping you as the artwork was not supplied correctly. We try to give the best possible service and experience, I would really appreciate any feedback on how we could improve the rating you have given. I would also really appreciate any feedback on where you are getting the cheaper costs from as we strive to be one of the cheapest digital print providers in the UK, Again I appreciate you taking the time to give us the feedback and I hope to hear from you soon. “My First ever writing project printed. Never thought I would. It was a write up for my family Christmas. I got a 12 page booklet (A5). I did all the art work and writing, obviously. and sent the PDF. What I got was much better than I thought. The quality is fantastic. So easy to order. I was unsure about a few things, but a quick phone call alleviated my concerns. Order received on time. and cheaper than many other companies. Highly recommend. I will be using again. I have a few projects in mind. Thank you Digital Printing, Excellent work.”
