“Really good quality and quick delivery. However, the courier never knocked and i meant me getting my parcel 2 days later from the post office which was a bit inconvinent”

Hi Amy Thanks for your review. We do always wish to produce quality prints. I am sorry that the courier delayed delivery. I understand your inconvenience as we do always wish our prints to be delivered safely but we have no control over the operations of the courier, and some delays do occur. however with over 1000 jobs a day 97% do arrive on time. “First I printed a 'timeline of my grandfather's life' and was so pleased with that little booklet produced in lockdown. I have now just received 'my father's timeline', bigger and more images and I am just so pleased. Thank you: the help in ensuring the document was 'saved' correctly to the quality of print and paper, the clarity of the old images I used, and the beauty of the book is just what I hoped - I am well pleased.”

“BRILLIANT! Very fast service and excellent quality as usual. Small booklets were ordered on Wednesday and delivered within 48 hours. How do they do it? On this occasion I made an error but was able to have it corrected in time at no extra cost. Loved the sweeties, too! Thank you.”
