“The company cares a lot about customer experience. I was happy with my order but the initial express order required a correction. Negotiating it took a while. I think having all orders reviewed by a human could help with the process. I understand that with this type of order things are automatically send to the printer but this service is also significantly more expensive than the standard one, and should be of the same quality.”

“Fantastic product, fantastic service. Easy to use website. I was very impressed with the ease, speed & quality of the whole service. My labels came out exactly how I wanted them to and the quality of the labels is fantastic. Price are very reasonable and affordable. Highly recommended and will definitely order again.”

“Excellent value for money. An outstanding professional job. Always feel DigitalPrinting staff treat customers with sensitivity and understanding, in my case even when it is only a small run. Just wish the public would waken up to the possibility of getting a few books printed as unique presents, more cost effective than some other gifts. The books now sit in pride of place on my bookshelves and who knows one day they may even be more widely published. Well done again.”

“I am very happy with my purchases. The print outs (1 Perfect Bound Book and 1 Saddle Stitched Booklet) arrived in time and in perfect quality. I would also say they were very reasonable priced for the small quantity I ordered and quality I received. I would highly recommend this company!”

“So pleased with how my swing tags came out. The quality is top notch - the image graphic and the fonts were all crisp and looked exactly like my PDF design. The feel and quality of the paper were also excellent quality. I'm a small business and the quality was something you would find in high street shops. For the price, speed, and quality, I'm sold. I do have one suggestion that I hope the company would consider; and that would be to offer a smaller size hole for their swing tags; maybe a 3mm hole in addition to the 6mm hole. Other than that, 10 out of 10.”

“Hi! The postcards arrived really quickly and I was on the most part very happy with how they came out. There were the odd weird marks on a couple with rectangular marks that weren't on the originals but other than that they came out fine I guess. Would have been cool to see a mock up of what they will look like on the website.”

Hi Sam, Thanks for the four-star review. When the postcards are cut by the guillotine the top couple of cards will have clamp marks on them. On occasion, the operator will forget to remove these. You can dispose of these as we also included extra cards in the order. With regards to a mock-up, we are a direct to print site so print from your print-ready artwork which is why we don't send a pdf proof as standard.
