“Amazing service. Even though I had given them the wrong dimensions and hadn't uploaded all that were needed, they were very prompt in emailing me and advising what needs to be done. “Our wedding invitations arrived with a cut QR code that made them unusable however the customer service was excellent. i used the online chat twice and the team were very patient as i have never designed my own invitations before. when the order came with a fault i called up and the next batch was being sent out without any delay at no extra cost. staff were very happy to help. the new invites came just after christmas and are beautiful.”
