“I have used Digital Printing for my Christmas cards for the last four years and gave four stars weighted largely on previous experience. This year, they seem to have changed their website and I found it harder to navigate and couldn't find some of the options I had used in previous years. As a result, I used their pre-bundled Christmas card option and my cards did not look as good this year. My cards were not as well packed this year either. I hope for better next year else my rating will be a lot different. Fast turnaround for printing, but I opted to use The Post Office for delivery which was a big mistake.”

Hi Roger, I tried to call you directly this morning with regards to this review but was unable to get you (have followed up with an email). I am sorry to hear that your experience on the site was not as positive as previous years. I just wanted to check with you as to which parts of the navigation you feel have changed as there have been no navigation updates made to the greetings card section since last Christmas? With regards to the packing, again, I just wanted you to elaborate on this so as I can address with production and ensure it doesn't happen again going forward. I am sorry to hear that your experience with your local post office was not a positive one. When it comes to deliveries, we make sure you have as wide a choice as possible. If speed is of the essence, why not try our Express Production service or Same Day products. Our standard tracked courier service will deliver any time between 9am and 5.30pm. If you’re not in a hurry utilise our economy-tracked courier and save on cost so there are plenty of options to try for any future orders. Lastly, we really appreciate the four star review and we hope that this can be bumped up to 5 stars again next year once these few small, minor details are ironed out. “Printing was fine, but trimming was very poor. I had allowed 5mm bleed around my cards and clearly they stepped the cards without the bleed as the poor trimming meant that each card showed the part of the other cards that were adjacent to it. One of the worst trims I have seen in a print job. Unfortunately as I had to send out the cards immediately I did not have time to get them redone. Just terrible work and I will not be using digitalprinting.co.uk again.”

Hi Travis, I hope you are well! I tried to call you there but couldn't get you. I am so sorry to hear that the trimming on your cards was so unsatisfactory, this is just not acceptable! I apologise that you felt you were left with no option but to send the cards out, rather than contact us to let us try and get the job reprinted for you. Had you done this we could have had the job reprinted and sent out to you within 24hrs (depending on what time of the day we found out). Since we can no longer do this, I would like to offer you a full refund for the job and I will issue this for you today (please note that the money can take up to 7 working days to clear in your account). It's not often that things like this happen but we acknowledge that mistakes do and will happen so it is important for us to address and sort them quickly to ensure that our customers are happy with a swift outcome. “To be honest, when I received my package, I was not happy with the final product. There was an error with the printing. I contacted them and the team was amazing. They gave me support and assistance. In the end, they sent me back my product with the expected quality. Very happy and I recommend their services.”
