“Binding of my order came on wrong edge of the paper but after doing a complaint company send me two extra copies on very next day which is great. There can be error in any job but resolution of that issues is what matter to costumer. I'm impressed with customer service even though I received a wrong order at first.”

“They were able to sort out the mistakes I did with my ordering and were able to get the prints out in time. Unfortunately DPD was unable to deliver it on the expected date but Digital Printing was able to have a chat with them to know what the problem was and if there is anything they can do to get the prints delivered. They also offered to print another one, but there is no assurance that the courier would be able to send it on time so I declined the offer, but it was very nice of them. They were very professional and fortunately the courier was able to deliver it the following day!. The print was gorgeous, just as I expected and the paper was very good too! Would order from them again if needed.”

Please understand that all of our delivery dates are all estimated, purely because courier companies are third parties and we can't 100% guarantee things that we don't manage first hand.
