“I cannot recommend DigitalPrinting.co.uk enough! Their customer service is truly amazing and they are incredibly easy to communicate with. I had a bit of a chaotic situation: I sent over artwork for my menus, but shortly after, I realized the pricing was wrong. I contacted them immediately to stop the job so I could send revised files. I sent the new artwork over, but due to a small mix-up, the menus arrived printed with the original (incorrect) artwork. I emailed them straight away to explain the situation. Their response was fantastic—no arguments and no stress. They acknowledged the mistake immediately, and even though I had changed things mid-process, they took full responsibility and rectified it. It’s rare to find a company that handles hiccups with such grace and speed. If you want a printer that actually listens and supports their customers, this is the place. I’ll definitely be using them again!”

I am sorry that the new artwork did not get processed as we do operate a direct to print service for the quick turnaround, however as you say when we made the error when it should have been changed we do wish to always rectify promptly so the quality prints are with you asap.
