“They made a beautiful job of my Christmas cards. Quality was excellent, with true and accurate reproduction of the colours, on lovely paper. Best result I've ever had from an online digital printer. Really pleased. The delivery was severely delayed because of inefficiency by the courier. When I contacted Digital Printing about this, they refunded my delivery cost, even though the delay was not their fault. That's what I call excellent customer service and means I would have no hesitation in using them again. The only tiny gripe is that I received fewer envelopes than cards, so had to improvise with some envelopes of my own for the last few cards.”

The strikes by couriers have been an issue we have had to cope with as it has made deliveries difficult which is frustrating as we do wish customers to receive the prints we have produced and despatched on time. Different products are able to use different paper types however the notepad only has the paper option that is suitable for writing on given the nature of the product. “Very very unhappy and upset with this company. I ordered 400 leaflets for them to turn up not readable and not fit for purpose. One side was fine and the other was ridiculous. They was sent using the same file and on the same file together. When contacting them about how unhappy I was, the advice given was to simply place another order, they would not refund me or send me out new readable ones and when asking for a review platform to inform other customers to use a different service I was ignored. Please do not use this company! As you will be ripped off.”
