The 'Perfect Bound Books' reports I received were absolutely perfect! - I would have given you 5 stars, but there was a delivery issue, where the courier "attempted" delivery, and reported that my address details were "incomplete" - This wasn't the case and, due to the delivery period being extended, I had to resort to collecting my order from the courier's depot to get the reports in time for my presentation!
