I had to cancel part of my first order and re order, as the file I had sent to be printed was double sided and it had been ordered as one sided. As they are an online company no upgrade payment could be taken to secure the full original order. My refund was given within 3 days. So make sure you know what you are sending if you are a newbie business owner like me. However overall prompt service and good quality products received, and I would definitely use again.
