I am in fact revising my original review (which I didn't rate as high) in light of the fact that 1) the banners themselves were excellent, as promised, 2) my initial concerns related to customer service and poor communication have since been addressed. The company has shown a very clear commitment to customer service and it seems the minor issue I had with them turned out to be a brief oversight and what I believe to be a rare anomaly amid otherwise very strong performance. I will be ordering again from DigitalPrinting thanks to the quality of their products and strong focus on customer service! Thanks!
