I’ve had a great experience with the DP customer service which really highlighted their great ethics that go beyond the products they provide. The parcel I had ordered had mistakenly been delivered to the wrong address, and as soon as I realised I contacted DP. Later I managed to retrieve the parcel on my own, but as a compensation for the inconvenience, the shipping fee was refunded to me, even though it could have been the courier’s fault. Moreover, the quality of the stickers I ordered is great and the price is the most competitive on the market. Overall, highly recommend.
