The programmes themselves were stunning and we had lots of compliments about the quality.
The problems occurred with delivery. The estimate day being wednesday, which changed to Thursday and then did not arrive. After much chasing, told they would arrive at 2pm by parcel force. That came and went and after many calls to say they were on the way, they did not. We managed to track it down to the depot luckily which was 15 miles away and get them just in time for our show. Very stressful though and would avoid the parcel force delivery options in future.
