Amazing service! Amazing product! Like most printing companies I am sure the focus is on corporate clients and large multiple purchase orders. This is not the impression or experience DigitalPrinting gives its customers. I only purchased a single £20 odd bronze pull up banner, but the customer care, promptness, and attention to detail I received was the equivalent of having placed an order for perhaps 100 gold banners. I placed my order late on a Sunday night with an estimation it would arrive the following Tuesday. I received an email from Phillip early Monday morning stating there was an issue with the quality of the graphics I had sent through, and this may cause a delay in delivery time. Phillip also challenged whether or not I wanted to do more with the printing space I had available... Again for a £20 order it would have been very easy for the team to have just delivered what I had initially requested and move on. I then worked closely with another consultant, Jeff, exchanging emails throughout the day to rectify the problem as best we could. Jeff went above his call of duty, was patient, curious, asked questions, and create a wonderful CO-CREATING and HUMAN experience. OH! And my order still arrived Tuesday afternoon! I highly recommend the team at DigitalPrinting, and will 100% be using them again, as well as referring people and businesses from our vast network.
