The whole process went really well. I selected the layout and paper types I wanted, produced the booklet (that included 25 small photos and a freehand drawing) in Word, with page size set to the paper size I'd selected (A5) converted that to .pdf and submitted on-line. The 75 copies, securely packaged, arrived well within the promised delivery time and were exactly as expected
