The customer speaks as the customer finds, and giving one star is being generous. I placed an order and thought all was going well. Communication seemed good and eagerly awaited the delivery of my business cards. Delivery time was good and opened the parcel only to find the completely wrong cards sent. Hardly the 5star service they imply by their banner of being the 'Print Week 2023 winner - Company of the Year, 2023. It is my contention, that advertising such an award means getting it right the first time every time - so very much - not my experience of their service. I rang the company and 'eventually' managed to speak to someone who was very apologetic and offered a re-print. With the conversation going in circles, I declined their offer and asked for a refund only to be told that would take 10-14 days - yet they managed to take my money within 24 hours. Eventually, an agreement was made to prioritise my request. I will wait to see!! A supervisor then called me back and offered the usual 'excuses' - busy time of year, finance staff only work part-time, these things happen and so on. Well, should not happen when you portray yourself as a business of such excellence. Other customers have had a different experience than I did, so good for them. This was NOT my experience and so will I be back? What do you think?! Please feel free to share my written thoughts with this company - they already know my verbal ones.
