Good prices, fast turnaround time, pricing slightly deceptive (unit price doesn't include delivery, etc.). The big problem was that on one of my two orders, the registration for the yellow was out by about 1mm! As some of the text was in dark brown, it was very obvious. Not sure how that got through quality control ( assume they have QC).
The packing box was torn open, but that's not their fault.
