3 seems harsh. 4 too good.
Negatives.
Printing was delayed despite paying for the express service.
Positives.
I applaud the customer service in ensuring the delay wasn’t too long and that the delivery fees were reimbursed.
And all in all the printing was high quality and that’s what really matters I guess.
