I was really impressed by the speed of customer service. I managed to upload two images as png instead of pdf and was able to rectify this over email with digital printing within minutes.
When the prints arrived (I ordered A1) I was really happy with the quality, especially for the price. Unfortunately one came slightly misprinted but, again, this was rectified really quickly and I received a reprint within a couple of days.
Overall, the customer service is what will make me a happy, returning customer!
