“This is not the first time I have used DigitalPrinting and it won't be the last - they always do a brilliant job in a very speedy timescale. When I had a query about the size of my document and the difficulty I was having getting it transferred to PDF they very promptly came back and helped me resolve the issue. Good afternoon Esther, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that your initial order was not as expected. I can see that our customer care team had the order reprinted for you and sent again. I can also see that they have advised of the movement tolerances for printing (up to 3mm). In the case of your order, the movement has been just 1mm which is completely normal and not a fault.
