“Fantastic service! There were a few small design issues with the artwork I sent but digitalprinting checked my work and advised on how to fix it, which I did and sent it right back. My order was printed and dispatched the next day and arrived a few days later (it was the weekend!) “The test of an organisation is its reaction and performance when things go wrong. We have had multiple items printed through digital printing and I can whole heartedly say they are amazing from the quality of the print to assisting when things don’t quite go to plan. Recently we had a slight issue with our 28 page calendar which resulted in the wholes drilled a little to close to the edge of the calendar. A quick message online and a photo and the issue was immediately resolved and a replacement product dispatched that same day. Considering this was late Friday afternoon and we needed them for the Sunday for a fundraiser the entire order was reprinted, dispatched and received pre 10am on the Saturday. “I was really impressed by the speed of customer service. I managed to upload two images as png instead of pdf and was able to rectify this over email with digital printing within minutes. When the prints arrived (I ordered A1) I was really happy with the quality, especially for the price. Unfortunately one came slightly misprinted but, again, this was rectified really quickly and I received a reprint within a couple of days. Overall, the customer service is what will make me a happy, returning customer!”
