“Filed a question/complaint about my order 5 days ago, zero communication since then. A "personal note" from the manager turned out to be an automated "no-reply" mailbox. My issue is still not resolved. Order value £1000. Delivery date was off by 3 days (later than promised). Unimpressed.”

“Had not used this company previously, but looked around the site, very fair price which of course gets better per unit the more you order. It was incredibly straightforward to pick the product (went with their recomendation for finish and paper density). The Brochures that arrivied are ideal, exactly what we needed, and superb quality. We will be ordering a stock of leaflets from them very soon.”

“Digital Printing printed 500 copies (2 X 250) of a 40 page book for our Parish. The quality of the production is first class with its glossy laminated cover and silk pages, and has been greatly admired. Converting the colours from RGB to CMYK resulted in rather lack lustre photos in the first run. However, working with DP and lifting the colours both on my computer and by DP made the revised edition stunning. The company is very nice to deal with, all those involved being extremely helpful. The delivery time was also commendable.”

“I was really pleased with my order. The price was great, along with the quality. I had ordered the wedding sample pack to help me decide what paper and finish I wanted. This was really handy as each example told you all the details, which other companies didn’t do, so it made it even easier for me. I uploaded and printed the wrong file twice and the team were great helping me reorder the correct file. I will definitely be using them again for any future printing needs.”

“Digital Printing insisit on using ParcelForce to deliver. ParcelForce can NEVER be relied upon to deliver on time! Whilst the package had arrived in my local sorting office in time to deliver on the suggested date, I received a notificatoin that they were unable to deliver on that day. This happens EACH TIME! Please give the choice of another delivery provider! Also, I recently used some labels that were 2 years old and founs the glue wouldn't stick them on to the box, so I had to throw them away!”
